I am using berocket_brand instead can I use it on the shop filtering ? too bar, also on cat drop down list can i only load only the main categories or show the drop down list with hierarchy ?

I have another issue for example in the footer editor I am changing the background color but on the live preview is not changing, see the attached screenshot, and the custom css which is getting loaded from:

I disabled all the plugin and it’s all good now I managed to import the demo but for some reason the Header section is not showing.

I can see that it’s working on the Demo and we have enabled all the Plugins back and it’s all good.

We copied the file on the live site, but it’s not working !!!

note: We cleared all cache and CDN

Since we can’t disabled some plugin on the live site,

We have replicate the website on https://demo.hypercy.com/brands/

and disabled almost all the plugins, only bundled plugins are enabled.

Also we have noticed another issue

See the attached screenshot, when we are access the website the admin
it’s loading the normal menu bar

and as customer it’s not loading, i believe something to do with caching

Hi Olga,

Yes, in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop filters all options are disabled

I found the issue,

We have a cron sync script which runs every hour, in my script I am using variable name $filename and the same variable name is used in the Rocket Ajax filter plugin.

foreach (glob($BeRocket_AAPF->info[‘plugin_dir’] . “/template_styles/paid/*.php”) as $filename)

Issue fixed, sorry for the trouble …..

Hi Olga,

We have installed https://berocket.com/product/woocommerce-ajax-products-filter plugin for filtering it’s all good but we have very unusual serious issue, The Plugin developer insisting that other plugins or Xstore Theme causing this issue.

For some reason the following file gets deleted or the file is not deleted but it’s empty.
plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/includes/widget_functions.php and
plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/includes/visual-composer.php

This is happening very often, we have build more than 200 WordPress website and this is the first time we are encountering a problem like this.

Can you please help
