Issue the Brands List Alphabetic filtering

Dear Support Team,

For some reason Brands List Alphabetic filtering stopped working.

Hello,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

Since we can’t disabled some plugin on the live site,

We have replicate the website on https://demo.hypercy.com/brands/

and disabled almost all the plugins, only bundled plugins are enabled.

Hello,

Fixed on the staging site.
Download isotope.min.js file by this link https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/Zf7x3VwEP , and reupload it into wp-content\themes\xstore\js\modules folder on your live site via FTP. After that, clear all cache and CDN, then check the result.

I can see that it’s working on the Demo and we have enabled all the Plugins back and it’s all good.

We copied the file on the live site, but it’s not working !!!

note: We cleared all cache and CDN
