Hi,
it seems that i found a way to get a backup and deregister my theme, so things seem to be working again.
Thanks anyway,
Best regards,
Charlie

Hello Rose,
Thank you for your reply, I’ll try that.
Warm regards,
Hi thank you so much for tacked your time for a screen record.
I’m trying to change my css but it doesn’t look like I would like.
Can you please help me ? It’s look like there is a bug over my css or something else..
I would like to have this render on my blog page’s : https://imgur.com/m7pRWrY
and this one on my home page : https://imgur.com/o6MXOox
Hi, can you please check on my css because all the css changes don’t appear on my blog page anymore
Is it ok right now?
Done
This is what they told me,
Navigating to: https://chanomi.tempurl.host/product-category/thes-parfumes/
makes the filters vanish: https://d.pr/i/4BMyGUI am afraid we cannot do much since we cannot check the widget settings for you. Does your theme maybe have widget visibility settings? I can see that there is really no output: https://d.pr/i/wSoimF
The layered navigation is not loaded to begin with.
Does the theme have widget visibility settings?
Thanks a lot for your answer, and for all the time you had to spend on it.
As you advised, I sent a message to the support.
I put the link of the topic here and I will keep you updated on the answer.

Done
Thank you very much for everything! Everything works perfectly and it’s exactly what we needed!
Hi,
so I tried your method and it’s probably due to the theme, because by activating the theme “storefont” on the store the filters are displayed well in all categories.
When I put back the Theme Xstore I have the same problem, the filters are not displayed only in the category “Thés Parfumés”
Do you understand what’s going on?
Thank you for your answer.
When I switch the theme to storefront all my store filters disappear I only find the basic widgets. I don’t really understand what’s going on.

Thank you very much, this is exactly what was wanted ! What an ingenious method, well done!

Johan

Hello @Rose Tyler,
I’m sorry my first message was unclear.
I am using the XStore theme, and I’m creating an e-commerce website for a tea company. I created attributes like type of tea, perfume, country of origin.
On the shop page, there are original filters like categories, filter by price, by brands.
I would like to add more filters in the side pane (on the left) based on the attributes I created, and I would like those filters to have the same styling as the original ones.
I have 2 problems:
1. My filters look quite a bit different and I can’t seem to find how to make them look perfectly similar to the original ones (yours?)
2. My filters seems to load at least a few seconds after everything else on the page, and I don’t know why.
Thank you in advance for your help and answer!
Best regards,
Charlie
