ok i deactivated all plugins and still getting error. if i switch to default theme storefront like you mentioned will my content be lost? sorry im not too familiar with how wordpress works. one thing i noticed is the ajax add to cart works on my iphone but not in desktop/laptop.

Ok i installed another theme option and reapplied the Jewelry theme and that seemed to fix the issue. Just incase anyone else is having same issue. Hope this helps.

Ok I changed the server stats and increased post_max_size to 500mb.
