    Hello, @nicolaecristian,

I have checked your site and you are right, the issue is on your site, I can see the error path is directing toward the Child Theme functions.php file, so have you added some Custom Code in your Child Theme functions.php file? If yes then try to remove it and check back and if no then try to activate the Parent Theme and check back the result on your site after clearing the cache.

And if the issue will still persist with the Parent Theme as well, then try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @VDinev,

I have reverted the changes that I did to your site.

Now Regarding Add to Cart Speed: Ajax “add to cart” timeframe depends on your server and DB response time. So, to speed it up, contact your hosting provider and ask to reduce server response time, and maybe check your DB structure.

It also a little bit depends on the Speed of the site as well, I have checked your site speed and the score is not really good enough: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/yambolhub.com/dCyHHN56/
There are some necessary thing those must need to optimize to increase the speed of your site like “CSS, serve static assets, Eliminate render-blockcing resources”

    Enable Mobile Caching
    Optimize Images for Mobile
Implement Lazy Loading on Your Images and Videos
Optimize Image Delivery With a CDN
    Improve Time To First Byte
Eliminate Render-Blocking Resources (JS and CSS)
    Reduce Page Weight

In order to understand how you can fix it please read this article:

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/main-theme-options/

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

It will help you to optimize the site speed.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @VDinev,

If you check your provided screenshot, you can see that the time is less than 1 second as well. It is already very impressive.

So do not need to worry about it, Your site is fast enough and the best in Speed.

I suggest you to do not add some more modifications in terms of speed as that might conflict with your current score as well.

    Hope you can understand.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Rameez Pathan,

You just have to Install the Child Theme from Appearance >> Themes.

Then Activate the Child Theme from Appearance >> Themes.

Then you have to go to Cpanel >> Wp-Content/Themes and edit the xstore-child theme folder.

You will find the functions.php file in it, simply add your code in Child Theme functions.php file and check back your site after removing the cache.

    Hello, @VDinev,

Could you please check it once with the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? And let me know the result and how it works with the default WordPress Theme.

If the result will be the same then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme but because of your WordPress or any plugin.

In that case, you have to try to reach out to WooCommerce support.

    OR

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Kindly please take the complete backup of your site, first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Hello, @Anpu,

    Thanks for using our Theme.

It is the default functionality but you have to enable the WooCommerce for it because it comes from the WooCommerce and to set the off-canvas for it you have to go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Account and then set the “Content-Type” to “Off-Canvas” as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/CnKTzqWQ

The user registration customer info is coming from the WooCommerce settings here is an article for further details about this: https://woocommerce.com/document/user-registration-for-woocommerce/

    OR

Our theme has the social login functionality you can read more about it from this link to know how to use it: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/facebook-login/

    &

Sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme for the member information and we cannot suggest any third-party plugins to our customers because sometimes they conflict and cause unexpected issues on the site. You can use any third-party plugin which suits your requirements at your own risk.

    Hello, @Eduard,

The issue is caused by the customization code you added to the child theme. Because when I go to the child theme function.php file and then I comment the code you added, your issue was resolved now the popup appears just fine right after the add to cart product.

I have made a complete process video for you kindly watch the complete video: https://streamable.com/6yj5cr

Please check your customization code and correct it in order to solve your issue.

    Hello, @Saira,

I see, If you are using the default Pre Built layout of the Single Product Page then you have to go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Single Product Page >> Single Product Layout and turn ON the “Zoom for product images feature” save changes and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    Hello, @VDinev,

When I check your site speed it is very good. The results appear in “A” grade with “94%” load time is in the “1 second”
See the image of your speed results: https://postimg.cc/bsxtNjN2

Also, I have checked if there is something else that needs to improve but all is ok as you can see in the above screenshot.

High CPU and memory usage is often caused by plugins that constantly collect data, preload/cache expiration settings in cache plugins, as well as bots, CDNs, plugins, and WordPress Heartbeat. Here is a complete guide about this with solutions: https://onlinemediamasters.com/reduce-cpu-usage-wordpress/

Furthermore, Here are our theme requirements: https://postimg.cc/xJgZwY3z please make sure that your server meets our theme requirements.

    Hello, @Rameez Pathan,

It will override your Custom Code with the new file, so it will not work for you and you have to add the code again.
That is why we always recommended using the Child Theme for Customization purposes, Please Install and Activate the Child Theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/ and then add/insert your Custom Code in Child Theme functions.php file, then whenever you will update the Parent Theme, your code will be safe.

    Hello, @antonia,

The thing is our theme is based on standard media queries like you read below.

    Desktop (From 992px)
    Tablet (from 768px to 991px)
    Mobile Landscape(from 481px to 768px)
    Mobile (from 0 to 480px)

Your issue appears on the desktop because when you scale 150% at 1920px resolution it’s something like between 1000px to 1280px and the mega menu you have has too many menu items in it so it’s not possible to show all of them on the smaller screen resolutions devices like 1280px or 1040px so I have set the desktop menu appears from the 1280px and less then this resolution the mobile menu will appear.

This is the only possible way to solve the issue and I hope you understand.

Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Cltraph,

Actually, the checkout button does not appear on your site because all of the products on your site are out of stock I am not able to add any product into the cart please watch this video: https://streamable.com/t5c29y
The stock handled by the WooCommerce plugins once you check the option of stock management in the product options while editing a product and set the stock quantity I hope your issue will be resolved. Read this article to know how to set the stock on products: https://kinsta.com/blog/woocommerce-inventory-management/

    Hello, @Diollo Store,

Unfortunately, this is not possible as both the buttons are in the different div’s and in between there is another div with the content and separate line, so if we set it with the Custom CSS then we have to remove that in-between separator and content. This basically requires extra Customization.

No need to worry about it. Below is the CSS code to change the font weight on add view cart or check out the text.

    .popup-added-to-cart .product-section-02 a{font-weight:700 !important;}

You can paste this code in the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS box.
