Hi,
I have it setup in Filezilla and am able to log on using these details. I don’t know what else to suggest as they work for me. I have attached the exact details again. Are you able to check in wp-admin where the error is?
Thanks, Ashley

Sorry, I have re-checked this. Please see attached.

HI, Thanks. Please see attached details
Woocommerce is already set correctly, with the minimum spend amount set at £60 (same as your sales booster). The progress bar displays correctly on mini cart and cart but does not show at all on checkout page. Most people seem to go straight to checkout, not view the cart page, so it is important it show on the checkout page.
Regarding the ‘free shipping’ button, it does appear when over £60 is spent, but the user has to manually check it to get the shipping free.
The original request link is here but the response didn’t apply to the checkout page.

Hi, Yes the background for the card payment box is black, that’s fine.
It is text that appears when you click to choose the KLARNA option. This was always a white background so that the text was readable. As there were a number of issues on the site due to colours changing, I don’t think it is the Klarna app causing the problem.

Hi,
Sorry I have just seen another design/style change I didn’t notice before. On the checkout page, if you choose ‘Klarna’ as payment method the colours there have also been ‘swapped’. It should be a white background so the writing can be seen. It has changed to black.
All these above issues were fine before, I don’t understand why colours are changing, surely updates don’t affect the style/design of the site?
Could you please let me know how to rectify the Klarna box also. Thanks, Ashley
Hi,
Thanks, that has got the ‘add to wishlist’ back in it’s correct place.
Also, the background for the payment box is now black so that is correct but I couldnt find any option to change the boxes where customers enter their card details themselves to white.
The mailchimp popup background was always white not transparent. I have searched for the .mc-modal code you sent but cannot find it. Where do I look to change that?
I have also noticed on the product pages, that the text ‘Two easy pays to pay’ under the Paypal buttons has changed to black and cannot be seen. That text was always and should be white. How do I change that please?
Thanks, Ashley
Sorry, yes I forgot the staging site is password protected. I have sent the details in private content area.
hi,
No, that image isn’t deleted – its on this page https://www.tiffanyhart.co.uk/how-to-be-more-feminine-for-crossdressing-and-gender-expression/. Both beginning and end < > tags were removed from my message so you could see the URL, not the image. If you open the image from the above page in a new tab and see the ‘source code’, you will see it is as I mentioned previously – img src=”https://www.tiffanyhart.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/crossdresser-in-lingerie.jpg” alt=”https://www.tiffanyhart.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/crossdresser-in-lingerie.jpg” class=”shrinkToFit” width=”388″ height=”669″.
It is the same even with the main Tiffany Hart Logo in the top bar (<> tags again removed) – img src=”https://www.tiffanyhart.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/tiffany-hart-lingerie-logo.png” alt=”https://www.tiffanyhart.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/tiffany-hart-lingerie-logo.png” class=”transparent”) and all the other main images on the site and in the Blog. None show the correct Alt / text description. Product ALT tags are not affected.
Please can you check this as it is not right. All main site images have ALT tags that are not showing in source.
Didn’t mean to post the image, I put the code from the source code as an example and the image displayed instead. I have removed the brackets so it hopefully displays as text.

Hi,
I have just done the updates to Elementor, WC & your theme and it is still happening. I disabled Autoptimize last week and have no other cache plugins activated on the site.
Again, I done the same updates on the staging site and that seems to load okay, without problems. Have checked again on mobile + various browsers but still see only spinning circles on the homepage.
I have already tried this but I think it is not any plugin error because I also have the staging site for testing.
I do not encounter the same problem on the staging site, but this has exactly the same plugins and has the same updates. It is an exact copy of the live site but it does not appear to have the same problem.
I have tried everything i can think of, multiple times but still cannot get the homepage to load properly. I updated Xstore this morning hoping that would make a difference but it doesn’t.
If you have anything further you can test, suggest or try please let me know as the website has been like this for a week now. Thanks
I have asked two more people to check on PCs and mobile this morning. Both report the same error, spinning circles and no images loading. This is not a cache problem, or limited to my computer. It appears that o-one can access the site correctly.
Hi,
I have made a video of what i see when the homepage loads.
https://gyazo.com/1f20c54bb42bb70a0726abe3cca57762
I have had the page checked on a number of browsers, desktop and laptop. On my Edge browser the cache and all history is removed on closing so I normally use this for testing and all changes can always be seen instantly.
I made the same changes/updates on the staging site but that seems to load normally. I do not understand what is happening, it it was just a cache problem then I would see it load properly on at least some devices.
Yes I can see on your video that you can see it okay. However, this is not a browser cache problem. I have tried on Chrome, Edge and Firefox. I’ve tried whilst logged into the admin centre and again on my personal laptop using Firefox and Edge. All are the same, the homepage doesn’t load. Just spinning circles where the images should be.
I attach the admin login details so you can try on a separate page whilst logged in. As I said, i have also disabled cache plugins on the site as well. It is definitely a problem outside of cache problem.
The – or – only appears if you have a Gpay or Apple Pay account registered on the browser you are using. It looks like this either of these https://prnt.sc/XN7B0CFZNErk or https://prnt.sc/QlxidZ_1PiBf when switching to Storefront. The Woocommerce payments plugin support did this.
We have the same problem on both our websites using Xstore.
Login details attached.
Thanks, Ash
Also I did ask about changing the text colour (when you chose a Klarna option at checkout), it is unreadable and I need to be able to change the colour of it. How do I do this?
We have now sorted out some of the checkout issues but there is still an error related to payments on the product pages as you can see in this image.
https://prnt.sc/pC9w4W1AnGQ7
As we had this error on both our websites, we have entered code at your suggestion to remove it on the other website, but Woocommerce Payments say this is an element related to the Express Checkout buttons that are missing and it has been reduced to a 1px line (which you can see just before the – OR -. They recommended we get in touch with the theme developers and let them know it’s not working as intended.
Hi, Yes the layout of the postal options looks slightly better now, but the text (when you chose a Klarna option) is still unreadable and I need to be able to change the colour of it. How do I do this?
My main problem however is that customers cannot pay for their orders when I have updated the theme. Please can you look at and compare my checkout pages.
On the live site (which has all plugins updated except Xstore Theme), checkout works okay. On the staging site I have updated the theme but nothing works on the checkout, no payment options.
The staging site is password protected – and for some reason you have to enter the details twice, but I attach the login details for the staging site so you can compare the two – pre-theme update and after theme update.
As I mentioned before, this has all been tested by disabling plugins and changing to STOREFRONT theme. All worked okay so it is definately a theme conflict.
Hi,
No that is not correct. What you are showing in that video is Paypal debit/credit cards. Most people prefer to pay direct with debit or credit cards directly rather than through Paypal so this is a very important issue.
The two top options (Stripe) and WC payments
Credit card / debit card are not working. Try selecting either of those options, the credit card boxes are not there. I already sent you a screenshot of how it should look (when I changed to ‘storefront’ theme).
This screenshot is what should appear under Credit/Debit card. https://prnt.sc/kU3Td8q0Kb-s
(Although this is taken from our other site using Xstore, it is the same, woocommerce payments).
The checkbox I have reinstated, so that’s fine.
I would also be grateful ilf you could let me know how to edit the checkout page (or provide some .css for formatting). All the Shipping options are pushed over to the right so that there is only one word per line and it looks messy and the text under the ‘Klarna’ option is unreadable so I need to change this to white text.
Okay thanks. Yes you are right, I had cleared all the caches but now I disabled Litespeed Cache and now see the site displaying correctly. However, on re-activating the plugin I get the error again. Does this mean I have to removed the Litespeed plugin permanently, or is there some setting I should change somewhere?
Hi, I don’t understand how you are seeing it okay. I’ve re-checked everything today and still get the same result. Here is a screenshot from my admin centre, in customize – it still doesn’t show the filters menu.
https://prnt.sc/iFFonJ1Ohrin
I can’t test my site if I can’t see it properly and I am not the only one viewing it like this, as I said before I had a friend test it too.
Have tried with Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a desktop and a laptop. All show the same. I have also asked a friend to check it on their laptop, someone who definitely wouldn’t have the website cached – same result. I don’t have a Mac so unable to test safari on a desktop. On mobile it seems okay.
This is what I see on all category pages on desktop. Not the menu but just the filter icon like you see on a mobile version. All caches have been cleared on browsers and for website. Even in a private browsing windows it still appears like this
https://prnt.sc/G5nPgX4_3LpQ
You are looking at mobile. The problem is on desktop. All category pages. The left menu is showing the mobile icon – not the filters which should be displayed. Please look at any (or all) of the category pages on a desktop, you will see the problem – filters are not displaying on page on the left side as they should be.
Hi, I may have given you the wrong details. Correct ones are attached. Sorry, Ashley
Please see attached details, thanks
Okay, thanks I’ve done it now. I thought that they would already be there because we copied the database from another site. I didn’t realise the colours weren’t copied too.
The dropdown option for colour choices on the product pages have gone since setting up the swatches, so I cannot provide a link to any product with the dropdown menu.
I did prefer the dropdown option so customers could choose colour rather than colour circles (which I only wanted to show on category pages), is there a way to get that back without losing the circle colour swatches on the category pages?
Hi,
Thanks, I have done that (choosing color circle) and the colour swatches now show on the category pages – however they are all black, no colours. I have all the colours in ‘attributes’ but they are not showing at all. I wondered if it was because my attribute is spelt colour, not color, but I have the same on my other site and its okay. There must be something else i need to do?
Also, I preferred the dropdown menu for colour choice on the product pages. By choosing to display swatches on the category pages, now I have them also on product pages (also all black circles). Is there a way of keeping the colour swatches on the category pages but still having the dropdown menu for colour choice on the product pages? thanks.
Hi,
Okay, thanks. I have put the code in Theme Custom CSS – Global CSS, is that correct? It has removed the sizes variations, but the colour variations are still not showing. The swatches are enabled, with primary attribute ‘colour’ but they don’t appear on the category pages. Is there something else I need to change? Thank you.
