Hi, I had already added the licenses, but here they are. I just realised that in fact all the 3 licenses have been used. But the problem is even if I deactivate from one site, I can’t use the freed up license on another site. Please see site details in the private area

Hi, do you have an update please? Is this a problem with this particular demo, or the xstore categories element? I am trying to determine if it is safe to proceed with setting up the site as I don’t want to risk losing all the work.

Hi, I tried adding a new category on the staging site and came across the same error https://prnt.sc/3m0mz5-47B9T

Now the site still loads up but when I click edit with elementor I just see a blank grey screen https://prnt.sc/FNIbbtLHYwTt

So I am not able to recreate the exact issue experienced in the live site until this is resolved. I have also tried clearing the cache just to be sure, and it is still the same.

Ok, I think this happened when I tried adding categories via the ‘Parent ID’ section. Do you want me to try it or will you try?

Hi, it took some time to set up the staging area. I have imported the demo.

As you can see the category section isn’t there in the imported content. So if you ass a new section in Elementor and the category element, then add the category ID manually you should get the error.

I am happy to do this, but I thought you might want to recreate the issue at your end. Please let me know if you want me to create the issue.

Hi, I thought I had the latest version of the plugin, but anyway I deleted and re-uploaded the core plugin and activated it.

I have pasted the long error message but you can also go to my website and see it doesn’t look right.

Please note theme version is 0.7.2.9 but this issue has always been the case. I just never got around to raising it. This also happens with some of the other elements, like the icons I am using on the page. When they load, it shows some greyish boxes for a couple of seconds…

Thanks this worked. Please also answer my other question about the fonts. Why is the Custom Headings section in all caps only? I have tried using different headers but the result is the same. Is there an easy way to change from all caps to capitalise and change the font size as well?
