    And, you do not have to put the see code in child theme style.css
    just add your code in 8theme options >> styling >> custom css after you activate the child theme

    Hi,

    but dont know how to add to child theme
    – if you do not see the child theme appearance >> themes that means you did not create the child theme during the theme installation.
    – download the child theme from here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and upload it then activate it.

    @irving-rodriguez

    It’s because you are using the wrong zip file to install.

    Download the package from the ThemeForest and do not just install that zip
    unzip that.
    ins inside that you will find another zip named xstore_theme_v.4.0 (version number may vary) and install that zip file

    Hi,

    seems it’s working fine now : https://prnt.sc/g9x74t

    I would be because of caching plugins or CDN or your browser cache.

    Clear and update them all.. it will look fine in your side too

    Regards.

    Add this css code in 8theme options > styling > custom css > global custom css

    .single a:hover { color: #f00; }

    change the color code as you want.

    Hi,

    for this we have to white list your licence code.
    Also, we need to verify if you are license owner.
    Please, contact us via contact form on ThemeForest.

    And provide us your license code https://themeforest.net/user/8theme .
    Also, tell us what is the domain where you use our theme.

    contact via TF form http://prntscr.com/eyqe4q

    And, we could not check your site.
    Remove the javascript code which prevents the right click to check further.

    Hi,

    Glad you found the solution.
    It should be a cache or CDN issue..

    Hi,

    there is no such option in theme and it is related to the WooCommerce.. not to the theme..

    you can do this via some custom code only..

    check this : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/set-a-custom-add-to-cart-url-to-redirect-to/

    Hi,

    I do not see the code you are mentioning above in your site.

    Anyhow, nest the class like this and see

    .page .pricing-table ul li { text-align: left !important; }

    enable it and check.. select ‘header’ there

    Hi,

    Just use this code:

    .page-heading .title { color: #fff !important; }

    if that does not work let me know your site url to check this.

    Hi,

    You have many console errors now.
    check : http://prntscr.com/g7ihao

    It seems some of the required & recommended plugins are not activated.
    Make sure all these plugins are activated : https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/

    And, deactivate all the 3rd party plugins that are not listed here : https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/

    if you are using any cache plugins clear your site cache.
    then hard clear your browser cache and check..

    if you are using CDN you have to wait until the CDN updates your file automatically.

    Hi,

    I assume you are using CDN or caching plugins or both

    if you are using caching plugins – clear your site cache

    if you are using CDN – you have to wait till you CDN update your latest updates automatically.

    PS:
    It is not theme related.
    It is related to your caching plugin and CDN

    Hi,

    deactivate all the plugins that are NOT listed here : https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ and check the tab..

    if the slider works fine with default plugins then find the trouble causing 3rd party plugin by reactivating them one by one and contact that plugin support.
