Cart empty - by gewoonbovenaan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    When hovering the cart a white block appears where normally the cart is showing.

    Hi,

    I think you have all that elements in white color.
    Let us know your wp-admin to check this.

    You are using plugin Disable Cart Fragments. It disables the mini cart content.
