    To display categories and subcategories on the shop page in a vertical menu format, go to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets. Add the “Product Categories” widget to the desired widget area (e.g., Shop Sidebar). Ensure the “Show hierarchy” option is enabled to display subcategories.

    Unfortunately, the category filter does not have such functionality. However, you can use the default WooCommerce widget “Product Categories” and select the “Show hierarchy” option within it.

    We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version from 8.3.17 to either 8.1 or 8.2, as not all plugins are currently compatible with version 8.3.17.

    We can’t edit the Home page using Elementor on your site right now, unfortunately.
    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem is independent of added widget, check how it works with the Storefront theme activated.     When we navigate to Appearance > Themes, we can see that the parent theme is currently active, while there appears to be an issue with the child theme https://prnt.sc/RM1iiD8tEq2W

    You can download the base child theme from – https://fex.net/s/pttd6pr
    Please note that the child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme, you need to import options from the parent theme.
    Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that, install and activate the child theme (Appearance > Themes) > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the child theme.
