    Dashboard > Updates > click on “Check again” OR download the Core plugin archive (The Core plugin file is typically included in the full theme package available on ThemeForest.     Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose downloaded plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded”.
