    Yes, you can delete and reinstall WordPress on the same domain and continue using the XStore theme with the same license. Our license is valid for one domain, so as long as you are using it on the same domain, there will be no issues with reactivation after reinstalling.

    2. Yes, it is possible to import menu styles from other XStore demos. However, please note that importing a demo will override your current theme settings. To avoid this, we recommend using the XStore Studio feature, which allows you to import specific sections or elements, without affecting the rest of your site. After importing, you can apply the desired menu style to your main theme via the Header Builder.

    Could you also please open your browser’s console and record a video of the demo content installation process? This will allow us to observe any errors that may appear in the console and assist you more effectively.

    2/ We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

Our development team is currently handling a high volume of tasks, and unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific timeline for when our technicians will be able to investigate this matter in more detail.     If you require an immediate resolution, there are two possible options: we can either issue a refund or remove the Live Copy feature entirely from your setup. Please note, however, that the removal process may also take some time.

    As the Live Copy feature is functioning correctly for the vast majority of our clients, we have not removed it from our product.

    While it is true that other plugins may implement similar features differently, each solution has its own architecture and dependencies. Our implementation prioritizes compatibility with the core theme structure and performance optimization, which may result in different behavior under certain server environments.
