    However, please note that using the File Manager within the WordPress dashboard is not the most appropriate method for resolving the current issue. Even a minor typographical error in the code could potentially cause a fatal error on the website—an issue we would not be able to fix without FTP access.

    We kindly ask that you contact your hosting provider and request the creation of FTP credentials. You may also share a link to this conversation with them, as they will understand what is required and should be able to set it up for you without any difficulty. Once you receive the FTP details, please forward them to us so we can proceed accordingly.

    1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access so we can investigate further.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    3. Clear your website cache as well as your browser cache.

When the built-in translations are enabled and set to English, they may conflict with or take precedence over your custom translations.

    We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Optimization option in (XStore > Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other and will not improve the speed together.

    Please note that this feature is for recommending products to be purchased along with the main product.

    Only simple products and product variations can be added as accessories. To use this feature, go to the Dashboard > Products, edit a product or create a new one, and scroll down to the “Product data” section.

    As you can see in the above image, you can add products to the “Bought Together” feature. To ensure that the feature is working properly, please clear your browser cache and check the product again.     2/ Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.
