    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. To generate invoices in PDF format, you will need to install an additional plugin, as this feature is not included by default. We recommend using a reliable WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin, such as WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips, which is widely used and compatible with most themes.

    Once installed and configured, the plugin will allow you to automatically generate and download invoices in PDF format for your orders.

We understand that you have duplicated a product from the Exhibition Display category, modified it, and assigned it to the A5 Flyers category. However, on the single product page, the breadcrumb and category display are still showing the parent category instead of the newly assigned one.

    In such cases, we kindly recommend the following steps:
    1. Please ensure that the product is not assigned to multiple categories at the same time. If it is, the system may automatically display the parent category in the breadcrumb.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Products > Categories and check the hierarchy of your categories. If A5 Flyers is a subcategory, the breadcrumb may still display the parent category by default. If you want to change this, we would recommend that you to contact the support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because this behavior comes from there and not from our theme.
    3. Try re-saving the product after removing and re-adding the correct category.
    4. If you are using any caching plugin or server-side cache, please clear it completely to ensure the changes are reflected.
    5. WooCommerce > Status > Tools

    Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

    When you purchase our theme, you receive exactly what is presented in our official demos. If you would like to have functionality that is not included in those demos, it is logical to assume that additional customization will be required.

    Regarding your concern:
    The widgets are not locked. They are available within specific builders. For example, the Size Chart widget is available in the Single Product Builder: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/ — without any extra payment.
