    Hello Adam,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please accept our apologies for the delayed response due to the weekend.

    To resolve the issue you are experiencing, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below:
    1. Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and XStore Core.
    2. Navigate to XStore > Import Demos and click the “Remove Demo Content” button to completely delete any previously imported demo content.
    3. Then, go to XStore > Import Demos again and import your desired demo version. During this process, the necessary plugins will be automatically activated.
    Please ensure that you only activate third-party plugins after the demo import has been successfully completed.

    The Kirki plugin is currently activated on your website, and it may conflict with our XStore Core plugin. To ensure seamless functionality and performance, we kindly recommend that you disable the Kirki plugin completely. Please be informed that the XStore Core plugin already encompasses the Kirki framework within its own codebase. To avoid any potential issues, it is advisable to deactivate the Kirki plugin while utilizing XStore.

    Currently, there are numerous active plugins on your site that are consuming server resources and may be interfering with the demo import process.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello Jason Keller,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Regarding the issue you’re experiencing with the “Missing style.css stylesheet” error, please refer to the following article from our official documentation for detailed guidance on how to resolve it:

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error/

    This error typically occurs when the entire theme package is uploaded instead of the installable WordPress theme file. The documentation will walk you through the correct steps to ensure a successful installation.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We appreciate you taking the time to test the setup on other computers. Since the issue appears to be specific to your laptop, we recommend the following steps to help identify and resolve the problem:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause unexpected behavior. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

    2. Try a Different Browser: If you are using a specific browser, try accessing the setup using a different one to see if the issue persists.

    3. Disable Browser Extensions: Certain browser extensions or add-ons may interfere with the functionality. Try disabling them temporarily to check if that resolves the issue.

    4. Check for System Updates: Ensure that your operating system and browser are up to date.

    5. Review Security Software: Antivirus or firewall settings may sometimes block certain scripts or content. Please check if any security software might be affecting the setup.

    6. Inspect Console for Errors: If you are familiar with browser developer tools, please check the console for any error messages and share them with us. This can help us better understand the issue.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Aniruddh,

    We’ve created an example of a Newsletter popup for you.
    Please check Theme Options > Header Builder > Newsletter > static block selected https://prnt.sc/9pEoK4HIIOqs , and Dashboard > XStore > Static blocks > Newsletter popup https://prnt.sc/wzKB_uD5nNVK .

    We have not identified any issues originating from our theme.
    Please note that the plugin you are attempting to use for the form is not included with our theme package. As such, we are unable to take responsibility for its functionality.
    We have also suggested testing the plugin with a third-party theme to determine whether the issue persists independently of our theme. Based on this, we kindly recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance regarding its functionality.

    On our demos, we use MailChim for the newsletter. Read more – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstore-newsletter-popup/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/mail-chimp-form-custom-styles/

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, Nabil,

    We have already explained the cause of the issue and provided a description of the solution. However, it appears that the suggested solution has not yet been implemented.

    To resolve the problem, you need to delete https://prnt.sc/cYvXYZ03gtlj one of the two currently existing comment forms so that only the form with a unique ID remains. Unfortunately, there is no alternative solution.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello Amir,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello Ankit Khandelwal,

    We appreciate your feedback.

    1/ If the justify option isn’t available in the Style panel, you can add a bit of custom CSS.
    https://prnt.sc/ZIOBGz-hD0mM
    Steps:
    – Click the widget, section, or container.
    – Go to the Advanced tab.
    – Scroll to Custom CSS (only available in Elementor Pro).
    – Add the following code:

    selector {
      text-align: justify;
    }

    Hello Abdulaziz,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Regarding the unusual sign you mentioned, please try to use this custom CSS code:

    .step-title.style-line-aside>span:before {
        display: none;
    }

    As for the numbers appearing in Arabic, this behavior is typically influenced by the language and locale settings of your WordPress installation or browser. Please check your site’s language settings under Settings > General in your WordPress dashboard and ensure it is set to your preferred language.
    This behavior is independent of our theme.

    We appreciate your interest in enhancing the shopping and cart pages. To make them more professional, you can use the following builders: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-cart-page-builder-with-elementor/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-checkout-page-builder-with-elementor/

    Hello Aniruddh,

    1/ We kindly ask you to perform the test we mentioned in our previous response. Specifically, please temporarily activate the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, on your website. Since you are using a third-party plugin for forms, it is likely that the issue may be related to that plugin. In such a case, further assistance may be required from the plugin’s support team rather than from the theme author.

    2/ Theme registration is required according to Envato policy – https://prnt.sc/Vjxo4dYAQsnZ

    3/ We recommend updating the theme and plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    Best Regards,
