    So, by setting the product per row in the product catalog I see 6 products as desired thanks. Anyway, as I can see seems that the “Products per row on category page” value in “Shop page layout” has precedence over the previous one.

    Like if I select 3 in “product per row in the product catalog” but 6 in “product per row in the shop page layout” I should see 6 and not 3.. am I wrong? if yes, what is the function of the “Products per row on category page” value in “Shop page layout” ?

    Hello,

    after have cleared the FB cache it give me the alert “missing properties title and description”

    but I can see them below, any idea of why?

    About Unicode Decimal Code, I’m not sure to have understand well.
    In the link u sent me I see:
    &#8221 ” right double quotation mark
    So it means that if I wrote the ” symbol it can appears like that code? because I didn’t use that ” symbol so I don’t understand.

    Hello,

    I use outlook, I just compose a new mail and I add the site link; the site identity preview automatically appears.

    So, after few tests I was able to fix the main visualization problem.
    I have removed the site tagline form site identity and I’ve added it to the custom meta description.

    Anyway if I add a tagline there’s a “& #8221” text that appears between title and tagline as you can see in the previous posted screen:

    Any idea of why it happens?

    A last thing,
    in Theme Options > SEO > Meta keywords do I need to enter words with comma? for exemple:
    Psytrance, Sound design, Psytrance presets, Psytrance samples

    Hello and thanks for the good support as always.

    I’m sorry but I don’t understand, as sais I don’t want to change the title or the tagline but I’d like to fix the fact that tagline appears twice and the title broken, a &#8221 right after the site title as showed in the screen

    where you said I can change the tagline, here in the general settings
    sitename/wp-admin/options-general.php
    if I change anything the same is reflected in xstore-costumize-site identity
    sitename/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus[section]=title_tagline

    So for what I can see those settings are the same, if I try to delete the tagline in one setting the same is removed from the other one.

    I continue to don’t understand why the infos appears twice and broken, and I prefer to don’t install another plugin for the moment. Already many of them installed and active.

    Just another thing please, in the XStore dashboard I see that support is expired, it doesn’t change my life since here I can see that the license was reniewed correctly. But, any way to have it fixed?

    Thanks for the update, I can for sure try it.. anyway, how do you explain that guest user can procede without to enter the same country field?

    Same for the staging site, no country fields but it’s working..?

    I always used that fields in my store.

    I don’t understand why, as you saw here there isn’t any redirect.

    At this point I have deactivated the maintenance mode so you should now be able to login as admin.

    Once logged in please enable maintenance mode from the XStore control panel before to do anything. Also, if you switch to storefront theme please, before to do it, activate the yith maintenance mode plugin from Appareance-Maintenance mode-General-Enable Maintenance mode.

    Hello, I’ve double checked the login in the live site and I confirm that I can do it without any issue as well as yesterday.
    You can see it in the private content area.

    You have both page and user pass in previous private area messafes.

    Also, I’m going to contact the “Woocommerce paypal payments” plugin support too reporting the error you show me.

    The staging site it’s an exactly copy of the live one, no different plugins version or any different code or costumization.
    Yesterday when I posted this ticket I’ve of course checked the staging, I’ve created it just right to be able to have a test without to have to take my live site down to mainteneance mode.

    I’ve just added to the live site the same admin user with same credentials I provided you for the staging site. Please be careful working on it

    Because now in the staging site there’s no problem, but when I have created the ticket it were.
    I give you test user credentials to verify it in the live site, please check the private content area.

    That code was added in order to fix the vertical menu navigation as you can see in the first ticket created linked in the first comment:

    but created a new one in the main menu, the same I’m facing now. You then told me this:

    Actually, The thing is when you use this code:

    .nav-sublist-dropdown .container{height: 100% !important; overflow-y:scroll !important;}

    the verticle menu works fine but not the other menu. To use the other menu works fine you have to use the below code too

    #menu-main-1 .nav-sublist-dropdown .container{height: auto !important; overflow:initial !important;}

    I don’t know when it happens but now that last code is not working anymore.

    Hello and thanks for the support.
    I’ve tried to re set the permalink to https://psytrance-pro.com/my-account and to update the OAuth URl in the social apps but I have the same problem.. so just to test I tried to deactivate Userpro plugin (the other one that use social login) and the app created for your goggole and FB login started to work without redirecting to the login page. So I’ve tried to change again the my account permalink to https://psytrance-pro.com/shop-account/ and the OAuth URl, and they works well anyway too. Since I had to check several templates where I should have changed the permalink again I’ve decided to keep the shop-account one live.
    is there any way to fix this conflict?

    Hello and thanks as always for the support, here’s a short video which described what I said, no way to see the dropdown menu.

    Unfortunately I can’t give u access because for what i see you always have different ip and I can’t whitelist an entire country otherway the firewall protection stops to have sense, if you can’t replicate the problem you may kidly ask support to the good Rose who has the IP whitelisted correctly to access with admin details to the site.

    without the costum code the dropdown menu is visible and it’s possible to select an item in the list. With the costum code as said there’s no way to do it.

    The code works pretty well, anyway the last menu item is still hidden (in mobile all fine instead.
    Also, what about the store notice? vertical menu still appears over it?

    Hello, thanks for the support. Can you kindly indicate me the differences for what I should look for in AMP and not AMP version after plugins deactivation?

    Also, what code should I use for fit the YT video in the product description? Because I’ve deactivated all plugins excluded Woocommerce, Woocommerce PayPal Payments, WP Barkley Visual Composer, XStorre AMP and XStore Core but the YT video is till out of the screen at the right.
