  Just purchased and downloaded latest version of Blanco

  Have latest version of both wordpress and woocommerce installed

  receiving the following error notice
  Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files.

  Upon inspection on status page I see the following.
  blanco/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.6,

  Hello,

  You can delete this file. It is not used in the new version of the theme.
