    Hello!
I’m testing YITH Compare and Wishlist plugins, but under WP Dasboard the plugins settings are empty.
    Is this normal?
    Same issue with both plugins.

The icons are active under single product page, but also comparing site not working ( maybe it’s because of the page is not done like your instructions said : https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/102-wishlist )
    compare

    Hello, @timewise,

We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme. If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, it will confirm that the issue is not due to our theme and we suggest that you reach out to Plugin support for further assistance. If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.

If the issue does not persist with the default WordPress theme then we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
