XStore theme options, no header section to adjust

XStore theme options > there is no header section to adjust like in the youtube video https://youtu.be/JiI6qDaVtY4
It look easier to build my header like that?

Via Theme Builder > header I struggle to make a good menu with mega menu, my logo, etc

Please help! Thank you

Hello @Sofie Wolf,

The Header Builder section is not located under Theme Options because it has a dedicated page with other available builders.

After reviewing your website, we found that you are using a Header template based on Elementor. You can edit it through the XStore Builders page in your dashboard (https://prnt.sc/rRkHKdtwvpKs) or from the Top Bar menu (https://prnt.sc/fyffufTabxzL). More information about our Header Builder can be found in the documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/.

Regarding the Mega Menu, please note that it is designed to create menus, not a full header. You can create Mega Menus using the Mega Menu widget available in your Header Builder (https://prnt.sc/cEGbDsFsDBwk).

I understand and did everything you wrote above, I already tried al lot of things:

1. I made a header with an navigation menu (name= HEADER MET BANNER BOVENAAN). It was edited from a demo header from the demo artisan theme. I made it in XStore Builders page.
The menu is based on menu that I created ‘menu test’, it contains the following items
> Home / Shop / Abonnementen / Onze winkel / Contact

2. I also made a mega menu in Mega Menu widget. Its a mega menu with 4 colums and 2 pictures, that has to appear beneath the second menu item Shop.

3. I made another test header (Elementor header#2405) with a mega menu instead of an navigation menu.
Then my mega menu appears beneath Shop, so thats ok.
But the problem here is that I changed some things, and the logo is not in the right place anymore. Also the items (words) of the menu appears on cellphone mode.

Whats is the best solution?
Where can I find the original demo header from https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/handmade-artisans/? Maybe its best to start over with the demo header…
Please help, it’s so hard, Ive been searching this issues for more than a day now 🙁

Hi,

In the meantime I adjusted the header ELEMENTOR HEADER HELE WEBSITE OK, and this one works.
Only the colors appear different sometimes.
Also the mega menu is gray instead of white.
I assume it has something to do withe the ‘overlay’ of the header…

Regarding the color differences and the gray background of the mega menu, this may indeed be related to the header overlay settings. Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.
