Also, I see some problem even with official WooCommerce theme Storefront http://prntscr.com/cz1sln
Old price is different for the same item on Shop/Single product page and cart. The same problem like you described with default WooCommerce Shortcode for Sale products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ Please, contact plugin author to solve this issue first. I think it will also solve the problem with our element too.

Good morning I have created an FTP user for you. It is in the private area

So your saying your having same problem with official Woocomerce theme. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

Have you tried seeing if there is anything conflicting with the Xstore theme?
Meanwhile I will contact Woocmerce aswell to see.

Tell me when problem will be solved by plugin author. If after that problem with our element still persists reply back here and we’ll check what could be done from our site.
Don’t forget to tell the plugin author that problem persists with default WooCommerce Sale shortcode.

Hi Olga,

WooCommerce wrote back and they tested our cart. They turned off all plug-ins other than WooCommerce and applied their default storefront theme. Adding a product to the cart works as expected when using the rule-based pricing. We also tested this on our end and that seems to be correct.

The issue seems to be with your theme when you add a product to the header mini cart the JavaScript and animation that is showing the product in the header cart is incorrect. But if you refresh the page the correct pricing does appear.

Also we are using the eight theme visual composer block to show featured products on the homepage. It also does not seem to be pulling the correct price taking into account the rule-based discount. But when you go to the product detail page the price is showing correct.

If it makes it easier for you we can get on a call and screen share this might be a more productive way for us to solve this issue.

Hello,

I don’t see any problem with cart widget in header with our theme. I sent you screenshot that with default WooCommerce theme, there are two different old prices in mini cart and on single product page http://prntscr.com/cz1sln . Do you see that?
Also, I told you that problem persists with default WooCommerce Shortcode for sale products [sale_products per_page="12"] https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

What have they told you about this issue? Because as I can see problem is not solved.
You can go to Appearance > Themes > and activate Storefront theme and check to understand what I’m talking about.

Hello,

Thank you for your video. It helped to understand problem with mini cart. Go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product Page > Ajax Add to cart > choose disable. Seems Ajax add to cart does not work with this plugin.

But unfortunately, we don’t have the solution for the grid. We have enabled official Storefront theme and see the same issue. Looks like this is something that WooCommerce team should fix from their side.

It means that you’ll have the same problem with any theme that you will use.

Hi Olga,

I have disabled the Ajax cart and it did solve the mini cart issue. Thanks!
However now the only issue left is the product to accurate display the discounted price as it does on the product detail page.

It shows accurately on this page when logged in as level1 subscriber.

How would we make the products display the same on the home page.
So your saying this is a woocomerce issue?

Hello,

I sent you the video. As you can see I have enabled default theme and see the same issue. If you check you’ll see that mini cart on shop page also has the problem with default theme! Plugin authors should take a look.

Hey Olga,

Also, there is another plugin which we purchased “Multiple shipping address” from Woocomerce. The ability to add new address does not show up in your checkout. However it does on there Free Storefront template.

Thank you very much I see it now.

I am still awaiting feedback from Woocomerce regarding product display grid sale to show up on homepage etc as it does on product detail page.

Do you have any idea as to why it accurately display price when logged in as level1 on product detail page. But not on products regularly as it should on home page.

This should be an easy fix

I have been looking to solve this for a while and couldn’t find the ability to do so If i wanted to rename the “SKU” to “Product number” where would i do this?

You can do this using translation files of woocommerce plugin and Loco Translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#translation
Find word SKU and change it to Product Number.

Hi Olga,

Hope all is well,,

I had a question regarding product-category links on the left. When creating parents of links when visited that category the main parent remains active with dropdown however when linking other links in that parent it closes. How do i keep that parent dropdown open? when linking to a specific category in the parent.

I haven’t been able to figure this out.

Hello,

What version of our theme do you use?
Please, update theme to latest version 3.1 and reply back if you still have this problem after update.
Don’t forget to backup your files and DB before theme update.
After update to version 3.1 skip Setup Wizard and go to Theme Options to activate theme using purchase code.
