Xstore effect problem not working on the website

    Hello, please, why is the xstore effect not working on the website? The elementor works.

    Please describe an example of what exactly doesn’t work, with screenshots or video.
    On what exactly page the problem persists?

    For example, I am trying this. All effects8 at https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/parallax-scrolling-effects/


    but as i paste do myself on my site it doesn’t work. Nothing moves, the text is not underlined, etc. I tried a few elements and each one has no effect.


    Additionally, another problem. Some thumbnails in products stopped showing. But only on the single product page.

    Hello, @lew-shop,

    2. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.
