    Hello,

    You can update plugins via FTP (connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/) or delete plugins via the Dashboard > Plugins then go to Appearance > Install Plugins > Install the latest versions of plugins.
    Also, If a version of WP is 5.x on your site, I would recommend you to disable Gutenberg – http://prntscr.com/mq9dg4
