WP Admin Going Blank - by ssledgeski - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    I’ve been searching for a topic on this subject but have been unable to find it. I am currently building a new website on an old domain, so essentially it is being built as a subdirectory. Every time I install the Royals theme and activate it, the site goes blank, including my entire wp-admin. Other themes seem to work just fine, but this one is continually failing. I’ve uninstalled and re installed the theme 4 times.

    Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Hello,

    There is an error in your error_log file:
    PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION

    It means you use low php version.
    Please ask your host to increase it to 5.3 version at least. After that your site will start working.
