Woopress theme Really bad performance - by Guido

I wanted to ask for help with the performance of my theme “woopress”. I had to change my hosting to a dedicated server. Yet no better perfomance.
My hosting provider told me to try http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/cxx3Xb/porteniochic.com.ar and the results are really bad. I am using SUPER CACHE.
Can they guide me how to do to improve performance?

Hello I need support to optimize the performance of my theme “Woopress”
You perform this service?
The site works very slow and crash continuously.
I changed Hosting a dedicated server and is still happening. Sometimes it gives a connection error with the database
Before using this theme “Woopress” the site worked well.
