Woocommerce update to 2.6.2 and blanco 3.5.2

    Hi there,

    thank you so much for your all support.
    today I’ve upgrade as blanco 3.5.2(lastest one and you said it is compatible with woocommerce 2.6X and woocommerce 2.6.2).

    However, when I click any product image from first page or product page,
    product detail pages or contents are disapeared!

    I just can see blank page..

    Please check why it is happen and how I can fix it asap.

    Hello,

    Try to delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and reupload it from a new theme package.

    Hi Eva,

    I’ve deleted “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/, but do you mean I just refresh the website?

    what do you mean ‘reupload it from a new theme package.’??

    when I just refresh the website and when I click the image, the design looks very strange, not displayed properly…

    I am very frustrated in this version upgrade issues.

    and also i need to change the telephone image with my own number, so I put the new image into the /wp-content/themes/blanco/images/assets but still it shows original image.

    Please advise this one.

    Hello,

    You need upload “woocommerce” folder to wp-content/themes/blanco directory from the theme package you downloaded (open extracted archive and in “blanco” directory you’ll find “woocommerce” folder, upload it to wp-content/themes/blanco on your server).

    Do you mean this image http://prntscr.com/bt8ayz ? Isn’t it correct now?

    when I upgrade the blanco today, of course I transfered it from theme package to the server via FTP, but may be it was not transfered 100% as network or ftp connection problems.

    now I’ve transfered it again and it works well.
