Woocommerce product filter with royal template

Hi,

My plugin “woocommerce product filter (4.03 last version)”, on my woocommerce shop page doesn’t work with ajax (problem can be only in Royal theme way)

PROBLEM :
Always reload my page

But this plugin work on 5 differents themes AND DOESN’T WORK ON ROYAL (same parameters same hosting…) and tested with ajax.

ALREADY TESTED ON :
New hosting / localhost / same hosting
Tested with 1.8 & 2.O version of royal template.
3 differents versions of plugin too

MY FILTER PLUGIN WORK ON DIFFERENT THEME ON SAME OR DIFFERENT HOST & PARAMETER

I already contact the plugin developper and can’t found issue, him plugin work proprely on all other theme on the market.

Any issue?

Hello,

We don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party extensions with the theme. Please try to disable Ajax “Add to Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check the plugin work after that.
