Hello
On most of my eCommerce sites, I was already using WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips, By Ewout Fernhout, which is free:

A couple of XStore updates ago, you included the paid invoice plugin, WooCommerce PDF Invoice by RightPress:
https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-pdf-invoice/5951088
On one of my sites, I decided to remove my existing invoice plugin and test the one you have now integrated into XStore.
I have an issue. Despite changing settings, I can’t get it to automatically CC the invoice email the customer gets to me. I am not even sure if the customer is receiving an email at all. The old plugin I used had no problem doing this automatically when an order was placed. Can anyone suggest a solution? If not, I may have to revert to the free invoicing plugin I was using before.
I want the plugin to automatically email the customer with their invoice when an order is placed, and also automatically email me (admin) with a copy of the email that the customer gets, so I am aware of orders being placed and aware that the customer is getting something. In settings I have ticked the following:
Regular Invoice Settings
————————-
Enable regular invoicing – YES
Allow download – YES
Attach to order emails – YES
Generate invoice on – ORDER PAID
Proforma Invoice Settings
————————-
Enable proforma invoicing – YES
Allow download – YES
Attach to order emails – YES
Trigger Customer Invoice emails – YES
Regards
Robert
