I can’t install my Xtore core. Xstore’s advanced sticky header is installed, but I cannot activate it. In addition, when installing Contact 7 and regenerate thumbnails, I get an error message advising me to check system requirements

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

1/ The cause of the issue appears to be related to a memory error, as indicated in WooCommerce > Status > fatal error file – https://prnt.sc/gfxlOWVdYuHT You need to contact your hosting provider and ask for help. Read more – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size/

2/ We have disabled some unnecessary plugins.

3/ Once the memory error is solved by you or your hosting provider, you will be able to reactivate the necessary plugins. However, we recommend enabling only those plugins that are essential for your website’s functionality, as each additional plugin may impact the site’s performance.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
