Woocommerce out date file - by dchhuang - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    After I install the theme, I get this message
    Your theme (LEGENDA – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

    legenda/woocommerce/content-product_cat.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.2,

    Hello,

    our theme uses modified Woocommerce template files so it is normal that some file versions may be outdated. It is not bug and does not have effect on front-end.
    You may just skip this notification.

    Hi, The current version of the theme is not fully compatible with latest woocommerce (2.5.2). I really need to set up my store as soon as possible. Is it possible to help me fixing this asap please?

    The credentials are incorrect.
    Please check them.
    If you are talking about outdated files notices, then you can ignore them.
    They won’t affect your site at all. We edited Woocommerce files in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory and old version may be written in those files. But, please don’t worry, as the original version is written in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates directory.

    Sorry I guess I went too fast the account was not yet activated.

    It is not only the outdated notice. The Slider too seems out of date.

    1. how you theme edit mega menu? seem like my theme doesn’t have mega menu function.
    2. what account menu for? where local at store front?
    3. email notification doesn’t work after I setup. when I register account, my email doesn’t receive any email from my website. no matter how many I try
    4. login and my account must have SSL to work? login and my account at hearder always 404 now.(Currently doesn’t have SSL to install)

    Hello,

    1. Please read how to create mega menu https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/primary_menu

    2. When Account Menu is checked it will appear in the sidebar of My Account page.

    3. Did you check Spam folder in your mail account?

    4. At first you need install SSL certificate. Contact your hosting provider support regarding it.
