WooCommerce Category ToolTip - by dermeco

I would like to know how to disable the tooltip that appears in the WooCommerce Category Links.
I added a description and now when mouseover on category link, i see a tooltip that is unattractive.
Any way to disable this?

I am talking about the Sub-Category links on the Side Bar.
Leave your mouse on it for a few seconds.

Try Under SKIN CONCERS, Sensitive Skin – Rosacea.

Hi, unfortunately i can not give access to the WordPress Admin area i am restricted to do so.
Can you just tell me what i need to do to correct it and i will do it myself.

Try to add this code in the \wp-content\themes\idstore\js\script.js file as on the following screenshot: http://prntscr.com/cjupk1
$('.categories-group li a[title]').tooltip('disable');

For the Contact Form:
Right now when i receive an email it says: WordPress <wordpress@dermecompany.com>
I would like to change some parameters of the Contact form. Can you please inform me where
