Wishlist add to cart is not working properly

Hello,
1. From header wishlist add to cart wishlist product is not working check https://postimg.cc/5Q4cszx9

2. In mobile panel wishlist shows empty when user is not logged in and add products to wishlist. It shows empty wishlist. When user logged in then it shows wishlist products from mobile panel wishlist.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.
