Which caching plugin is recommended to be used?

Dear Team,
I want to know what is a recommended caching plugins that can be used without causing any issues as it seems that the theme is not compatible with W3 Cache (causes alot of issues in header)

Thanks for using our theme. Please read this activate – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website
A lot of our customers use W3 Cache plugin, I suppose you need to play with settings of the plugin to prevent compatibility issues with other plugins on the site and our Theme Options > Speed Optimization settings.
