What should i do to can update my xstore theme ??

i’m tierd guys
this second updaate i losed
i cant update my theme >> why
When I update I get a message saying ..
فشل التحديث: لا يمكن تنصيب الحزمة. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
This is not the first time
This happened to me with an update before this
The update before this when I update the site stops working completely

My website is a store with a lot of products
I am afraid that something will go wrong and this will make me lose my job

i’m still in v.8.0.9
plllllzzzz help me

or do the update via FTP – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Do not forget to create a full backup before the update.
If you need our help with the update, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. Also, confirm that backup is created.

Hello,

Don’t use WPRocket and Lightspeed plugins at the same time https://prnt.sc/24z4vw7
Choose the one that you prefer and disable the other one. In other case, you have a lot of errors https://prnt.sc/24z510e Once I disabled WPRocket site works ok.

But I already deactivated all cash plugins & still same problem >> sliders not working olga

Olga ‘ What should I do I deactivated many plugins already before you say that, and the Sliders didn’t work either..

The problem is not that I activated two cash plugins. My site and the Sliders do not work before the wproket plugin is activated.

Will I restore the backup and return to the old version and continue it for life and I will not be able to enjoy the improvements of the theme .. Is this the only solution to my problem. I don’t know what to do? And my site is my job and I want to work now and I don’t know what to do with this problem.

In mobile with safari browser
In pc with chrome browser

In mobile & pc with any browser my site sliders not working
Not only with me .. i tell my friends to check & same problem olga

I dont know why
May i recover my backup & still in old version!? For ever !?

Hello,

I see issue problems with images only if using Safari http://recordit.co/TD6IBom9h2 because webp format does not display well in Safari. But all the sliders are completely fine. So, try to clear the browser cache.
