Weird background image in the footer in the website

My template has a Weird repeated background image in the footer, I tried to remove it from the customizer but can’t find it in the footer styling section.

Edit Footer static block using Elementor > change or delete this section – https://prnt.sc/20xws81

I have deleted the footer static block and now I want to create a new one with Elementor. But I can’t see any option to open it with Elementor.

Go to Elementor > Settings > post types https://prnt.sc/20xwxkt
