    Hello XStore Support Team,

I am using the XStore theme with WooCommerce, and I am facing performance / speed issues on my live website.

    Website: https://indiengrocerystore.com
    Theme: XStore
    Builder: Elementor
    Cache Plugin: LiteSpeed Cache
    Server: LiteSpeed
    WooCommerce: Yes (active store)

    Issue Description

Despite properly configuring LiteSpeed Cache (page cache, browser cache, WooCommerce exclusions, JS delay, etc.), the website still feels slow, especially on:

    Homepage
    Category pages
    Product pages

    I have already:

    Disabled unnecessary XStore features

    Avoided JS/CSS combine
    Disabled Ajaxify options
    Optimized WooCommerce cache rules
Ensured Cart / Checkout are excluded from cache

No Extar Plugin Installed, Memory and cache maintained properly
    Request

I need your expert guidance on XStore-specific optimizations, such as:

Which XStore modules should be disabled for WooCommerce performance? I want that store will not hang on it will work smoother

Recommended theme performance settings for large WooCommerce stores
Whether any XStore scripts/styles can be safely dequeued

    Thank you,
    Basant Singh

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Basant

Excessive cache generation is usually caused by LiteSpeed Cache, Jetpack modules, and leftover installer/import data- you should lower cache TTL, limit purge rules. It’s also recommended to disable or reduce Jetpack modules. Keep in mind that if the theme or plugins were recently updated, this automatically triggers full cache rebuilds, which temporarily increases cache size and server load. Because of that, it’s better to disable automatic plugin updates and run updates manually at a controlled time. After these adjustments, cache behavior and overall site performance should become more stable. In most cases, the cache load normalizes on its own once background rebuild processes finish.

Ideally, we recommend using WP Rocket. However, if you prefer to choose between the options you suggested, W3Cache would be the better choice.

    Hello, Basant,

No, the main thing is to configure it correctly and specify all the excluded files. The recommended cache settings are provided in the following article:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

“503 Service Unavailable,” typically indicates that the server is temporarily unable to handle the request due to maintenance or overloading. This can sometimes occur during peak times or when the server is undergoing maintenance.
We would recommend you contact the hosting provider to get help.

You have developed this theme and it is amazing theme that’s why I purchased it.
I wan tot run more stores and wan to purchase more licenses for it.

But I am frustrated by CPU High usage even I spent on high performance plan. It has 4CPU core, 8GB Ram, 200GB space. Can you suggest me how to control cpu usage so that customers on this store will get a powerful experience.

Waiting for your quick and positive reply.

    Hello,

Regarding the high CPU usage issue, please note that several factors can influence server performance, including the number of active plugins, caching configuration, and the amount of dynamic content on your site. We recommend the following steps to help optimize CPU usage:

    1. Ensure that all plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ and the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ are updated to their latest versions.
    2. Use a caching plugin (such as WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache) to reduce server load.
    3. Optimize images and other media files to decrease page size.
    4. Disable or remove any unnecessary plugins or scripts.
    5. Consider using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to improve load times and reduce server requests.
    6. Check with your hosting provider to confirm that the server configuration is optimized for WordPress.

If the issue persists after these steps, please provide temporary FTP access so our technical team can investigate further.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
