I have enabled ohlalajewelry.com it still doesn’t work. I tried many ways to get it back, but no luck. Can u help me please? I put the username and password in private content.

Hello,

You’re using old theme version. Update it to 3.5.3 version https://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246 .
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hello,

Have you made any changes in WordPress core files? Your site isn’t working even with default WordPress theme. If you have backup of the site try to restore it or contact your hosting provider support to check the issue with 500 error.

Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider support to check the issue with 500 error.
Your site doesn’t work even with default WordPress theme.
Also try to reupload WordPress files from scratch.
