Visual Composer Update Crashing Site - by A

    Hello,

    I tried updating my site to the latest version of Visual Composer(4.5.1), but when I did all content created with the previous version of the plugin was no longer visible. And, when I reverted to the version I had before, everything was working fine once again.

    Please note, I have already contacted the plugin author and was instructed to contact you.

    Hello,

    May we update the plugin?
    Please confirm you have back up of your files and database.
    Also provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials.

    I’ve updated Visual Composer plugin and don’t see any issues with the site.
    Please clear browser cache and check.
