Well I’ve checked on 3 different iPhones and 1 samsung I’m not getting that menu anywhere..

1.Half the product images a now gone.
2.Trying to advance a page (clicking page 2 or 3.. so on) the wheels show up on the products and just keep spinning and it doesn’t load i get an error loading ajax content
3.Clicking add to cart for any product it will say its added but when you click the cart its random sometimes the item is there sometimes its not.
4.Scrolling down to view content on the pages the page the become white loading nothing or showing anything
5.Mobile menu randomly shows up in the header sometimes its there sometimes its not
6.Site speed was never instant but now its slower than a turtle crossing the road I’ve ran test with gtmetrix and its upwards of 25 seconds…. This is all new never ever ever been past 5 on a bad day

Heres another problem… Any product with variations like the shirts( link below is one) that have different colors. Select a size then color watch the product image double in size and get pixelated. It should do this the images are sized the same

I think it’s some JavaScript problems Seems like it’s having trouble loading. It looks like the js is calling the to that section of php and it’s not returning the query. Could be a compatibility issue or something with what is calling because that’s what’s hurting its load time also.

Hello,

1. I’ve changed permissions for “uploads” folder. Clear browser cache and check images now.
To get correct variable images change the settings to these http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/16/0609/h_1465466071_4685547_83e54827bc.jpeg in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and regenerate thumbnails with the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .

2./3. I’ve disabled Object Cache option in W3 Total Cache plugin settings. Clear browser and server cache and check the site.

4. What page do you mean? I see your pages are scrolling properly.

5. Sorry, but I don’t see any problems with mobile menu. Clear browser and server cache and check again.

6. As you can see from test result page http://www.webpagetest.org/result/160609_FS_19F6/1/details/ slow loading is caused by images. You need optimize them.

Eva,

I have made the changes to item 1. from above regarding the image sizing. Also ran the thumbnail regenerate it didn’t work.. Just cropped the upload no difference on the product variation

select the white t-shirt any size that is the one i regenerated. Any suggestions now? Still having other issues but starting back with item 1.

Links never sends the first time. Select any size then select the white color shirt it is still messed up..

I have only done this item to test and make sure it worked before things got all messed up that is why I’m specifically saying select this product.
