Visual Composer not working - by activ-net

Hi,
Visual Composer not working again.
I can’t do anything, because it is not showing when I want edit pages.
It is showing in the bottom of site. You can see on the images which I added.
Looks like on the top:

Where is problem?
Below access to my admin i ftp account.

Hello,

You’re using old theme and plugins versions.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

Hi,
I did both things and now VC it is not working – I can’t launch it on a page when I want edit is only text editor.

Ps. When I turn off Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer then I can editing, but on the site where are icons, they don’t display.

Hello,

The problem was caused by Master Slider and WordPress SEO plugins. I’ve deactivated them and now Visual Composer editor is working. Please clear browser cache and check.
Also update Master Slider to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
