Hi Brian,

When I click on your Private Content Hidden button above nothing happen. Normally its like a drop down menu when I click I can see the details. Maybe it is currently locked?

Hello

I have made minor modifications in custom.css editor for the page and found that video itself has 2 black lines on the top and bottom which is related to the youtube default layout. You should upload another video or use anther source(hosted video,vimeo etc.) for it because any operations with containers for video overrides with predefined Youtube javascript which creates different margin values for the video frame. Once Video without black lines and default(not youtube) layout will be uploaded the black lines will dissapear. The solution that works for our demo is hosted video in mp4 format.

Thank you for the assistance in looking into this case. I can see you are now able to login again :).
Ok so I read your reply and understood. I will look for another video or host the video on my end. Now that I look at the website the video or the field has shrink vs what it was before:

I tried to play around with the padding or delete the code which was added but still showing the same way:

Can you please let this field looks identical just like the one below? I colored the red part where the field needs to be the same (space,height,with etc..):

I have restored this line on comingsoon/kohler/ .empty-row{height:500px;} and did not touched layout for any other page previously.Please check comingsoon/subzero-wolf/. Also i found that you are changing video link and will be ready to assist you in case video issue will persist.

Hi Eva/Brian,

If I would like to leave the Kohler video via youtube, can you include the video for me and stretch it to the max it can go ( by leaving the black top/bottom bars of the video ) out?

I believe we will be leaving this video for now and would need to work with it this way then.

Hello

Sorry. If we adjust video container hidding it under neighbor rows it will distort youtube video on different screens(mobile etc.). Height of the frame is changing on different screens and currently if you will change screen dimensions you may see different black margin value.
This is why we strongly reccomend you to use another source for video. You should adjust your video or contact Visual Composer/You tube support service to change javascript/frame containers for layout.Thank you for understanding.

Hi Brian,

No I totally agree with you. But for the meantime to launch the website I was referring to reverse the changes and leave the video as it was before in ticket #50229. At least this way it was showing but not width enough as I wanted but still it was something. My main concern is the black bars on top and bottom. Since Eva did some changes it was looking good but I was wondering if the space can expand more including the video but now I noticed it is something to do with Youtube or the Hosting Video.

So for now I would like to leave it as it was since the ticket #50229. For the time being ..
