    Hi There,
I hope you can help me with this – in variations I have added 3 photos (of three versions of product) and they are chopped on both sides on product page (please choose any colour variant):

but I use the same files (from Media) as a Product Image or Product Gallery and then all images look good:

I have created an admin user for you to check the issue – if possible.
    Thank you.
    Best regards,

    Hello,

I’ve set dimensions for single product in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and regenerated thumbnails. Please clear browser cache and check the site.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi Jack,
Thank you for such a quick response.
There is one more issue I can’t solve by myself, I hope you can help.
In all variations I have added the weight and the dimensions of product in these fields (Weight (kg): [?], Dimensions (L×W×H) (cm):) but they don’t appear in ‘Additional Information’ tab, under product image on single product page.
Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?
    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen). You can switch theme in Appearance > Themes and check it yourself. You need to contact woocommerce support to investigate the problem.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
