Hello, a user wrote to us today that he sees the admin panel on the site, how is this possible?Theme version: .0.0.1
Check the permissions of that user. Maybe he has admin permissions. Did you try to log in to user account and check by yourself?
Theme does not affect the admin bar because it’s the default WordPress option.
Wp rocket: They have a setting Cache registered users, maybe for this reason, ask them then, it’s very strange.
That option should not cause the mentioned issue.
Do you have the login and pass of the user that has the mentioned problem? Access to what dashboard option does he get? What user role does that user have?
No, in general, the user has no data, or rather, there are no users, only administrators, but a stranger writes here in general, and on the screen it is the administrator’s account.
Then he is logged in as admin. You need to clarify how it’s happened.
maybe this is so, somehow the data got into the hands of users, but I don’t think he would write to us about it. I still think that recently we had a Multisite network, but I went in and watched the admin panel, I assumed that this was just my problem in the browser, but apparently not.
The most interesting thing is that Multisite was removed, and sites on subdomains are opened somehow :)))
Make sure that you really removed the site from WP Dashboard > My Sites > Sites. Also, if you don’t want to use the network at all then disable it in the wp-config.php file. And change all the passwords for all the admins you have on your site just in case.
Thank you, let’s check everything again, the network was turned off.
