    Dear Xtore Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to report a critical issue with the Pro-Elements plugin on my website. After updating the plugin, my website encountered a critical error, as seen in the screenshot below:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

I followed the instructions from WordPress, which led me to temporarily deactivate the plugin via the backend to get my website up and running again. However, after reactivating the website, the website structure has been completely disrupted, causing issues with its layout and functionality.

Could you kindly assist by updating the Pro-Elements plugin to the latest version and enabling it once again? If the update process causes this error again, please guide me on how to update it properly without encountering the issue. It would be very helpful if you could provide screenshots or a video tutorial on how to correctly update the plugin in the future to avoid this problem.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could prioritize this issue and help me get the plugin working again ASAP.

Looking forward to your prompt response and assistance.

Thank you so much for your support!

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please let us know where you obtained the version of the plugin you are trying to activate? Please try the following steps: uninstall the current plugin and install the latest version available through XStore > Plugins Installer.

In case you need further assistance, provide us with FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
