Following update I get this error on the home page only

I can also see that the mailing list sign up is missing but is on the footer of all other pages.

I do not see the warning on your Home page. Please provide a screenshot. Use such screenshot maker as Lightshot https://prnt.sc/
Also, describe the problem in more details.

Thanks Rose, I fixed it while you were looking, the error is still there and actually not related, any ideas what it means?
