Urgent please¡¡¡¡¡¡ Problem Initial configuration

Good afternoon les write because I bought your theme Royal makes a time and not am capable of configure it page as this your template original that show in themeforest, have got load it home but not appear all them pages that you have created in that theme of example. Usually when I buy a post theme template formed and loaded me all the pages and then delete that I don’t want and then change the content that they want. Hello,

Our demo installation contains only basic pages. All others can be created with Visual Composer editor.
Please specify what exactly you want to create on your site and we’ll help you with it.
Also provide WP Dashboard credentials in Private Content.

I need the pages of shop although I have installed woocomerce not I created, I need the pages of portfolio, the distingtos examples of blog, etc, in short all the pages of example…

Hello,

As I see you have all basic pages installed.
Blog page layout can be set up in Theme Options > Blog Layout.
Please show the links from demo site you want to create and we’ll guide you how to do this.

by another lad in all the templates I have always purchased to install the demo, are all the pages that they come by default in the demo as all the of the blog, portfolio, more, pages etc, which are what I need and I have 4 days so that they solve the problem that all variants of shop out in the demo has not been created.

I’ve disabled Full Width option in Theme Options > Shop.
Please check your Shop page now.

Not is if not you see it when you enter in page out first thing an image that huge error, I was not referring to the rigth sidebar that done it, in addition to this I do not answer as I have to install all pages coming from example in their demo.

Hello,

As you were already told demo data doesn’t contain all demo pages, only the basic ones. Other pages are created with help of Visual Composer editor to show what elements can be used.
If you need some specific page, please let us know, and we’ll describe how it can be created with Visual Composer.

I am writing because I have a problem to build the footer of the web with your Royal staff.

the problem is that when entered in static block and think one new not I gives the option of using visual composer by what not can put 4 columns and create the footer correctly.

Hello,

To get VC editor shown for static blocks go to wp dashboard > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick “static blocks”.
