    Hello

I just updated legenda theme, and the new woocommerence (2.4.4), my options for my products has stopped working like sharpe_22’s problem that I can you see you helped with. I read the post but didn’t understand how to do it. Could you please help me ?

I also have this note on my dashboard ‘Your theme (LEGENDA – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.’ but can’t understand why.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    You’re using old theme version.
Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

Please check the description of our theme update:
    http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906
Pay attention to the files that were deleted: http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0817/h_1439794170_5940258_acd46deb52.png
You must delete them from your theme folder too (in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory). After that check your products.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

I have updated the theme and Woocommerce today to the newest versions.

There is a problem when ordering a product. When putting a product in the cart and entering customer information in the last step of the ordering process something goes wrong. Under Shipping and handling the customer is asked to enter data, but that has just been done.

If one proceeds an error message appears:

I have deleted manually after the update the two files as indicated: http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0817/h_1439794170_5940258_acd46deb52.png

    Thank you,

Thank you Eva everything is showing now.

The select options for the products are still not showing though.

Also I also still have this note ‘Your theme (LEGENDA – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.’ even after we updated the template on my dashboard why is this?

    Hello,

Did you change login details to WP Dashboard?
We can’t log in now. Also provide us with a link to variable product where variations aren’t shown.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
