Hello,

Do you mean that you don’t see your changes or that loading time is too long?
If you don’t see your changes then try to clear the browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn , plugin cache and CDN cache if you use it.

Hello,

We made fix to display the correct size for the paragraphs that you add and change using Elementor settings. You should not have problem with this anymore.

When I make changes, images and texts take a long time to appear online, most of the time it takes 5 minutes to appear online since the major update

Try to change the Elementor CSS print method https://prnt.sc/1izvrc3 Check if it helps you.
The external file type is preferred but if you have problems with that you can try the other one.

Hello,

Not sure about this problem. It’s Elementor styles, not theme styles. Try to contact Elementor support about this.
Maybe it’s related to WP update but not to theme update. So, don’t tell the Elementor support that’s “after theme update…”. In this case, they won’t check the issue as a rule and just redirect to theme support even if the issue is not related to the theme.

• Elementor is asking me to contact the developers of the xstore theme, as these issues do not occur when the default WP theme is enabled and they occur when the xstore theme is enabled.

I still relaunched elementor, here is their second answer:

As my colleague Nikola already said, unfortunately, upon investigating your site we found that the issue is with the theme that you are using.
As there is a conflict because of this 3rd party theme please reach out to the theme author for further debugging or use a different theme.

Hello,

Did you enable the default theme by yourself to check that styles are in place? Did that provide you any screenshots of better video that everything works fine when they edit that with the default theme and that problem occurs only once they enable XStore?

Try to go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data. Do you still have the issue with styles after that?

Yes I checked by activating the default theme myself and I regenerated CSS and Data in elementor, the problem returns when the theme is activated.

For your information by performing “ctrl f5” with each modification the styles are put in place when the theme is activated. While waiting for a solution.
