    Good night

Thank you. I await your rectification. Did you also point out the footer that doesn’t keep the width?
I also have another site to update with your theme, I am waiting for the resolution of the current problem to update it.
I thank you for your support which has always been precious.

    Hello,

Our developers checked that element with the default WP theme at this page https://www.entreprisedunet.fr/test/ and got the same js error https://gyazo.com/f2730a9528a44bc2a77341a1980403f6 So, could you please clarify Elementor support why do they redirect you to theme author if it does not work even with the default WP theme? We can do nothing with this if it does not work ok even with the default theme.

    Regards

I am sending you the response from elementor following your message that I sent them:

    Hello Steve,

Thank you for contacting Elementor Tier 2 Support!

After further investigation of your problem, I discovered that a third-party plugin named Slider Revolution. After I disabled that specific plugin, the issue was no longer present.

Therefore, as we have no control over coding for third-party plugins, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this third-party plugin so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.

Also, since you mentioned that issue occurred after the update of the Xstore theme, I believe there is a conflict between this specific theme and the above-mentioned third-party plugin.

Please inform me if you need any further assistance!

    Kind regards,

    Nikola Djordjevic.

    elementor message continuation:
    Hello Steve,

    Thank you for the update!

I suggest you contact the support of the third-party plugin as well, but let’s wait for Xstore theme support to respond to your message.

It’s important that the cause of your issue has been found!

    Kind regards,

    Nikola Djordjevic.

    Hello,

Our theme is not the reason of the issue because it happens even with the default theme! If their support had try to enable the default theme they saw this, so I don’t understand why they blame our theme, it’s ridiculous. Hight level support of the Elementpor plugin ? .

Anyway, I found that issue appears if Load Files asynchronously option is enabled in Rev slider options https://prnt.sc/1erh3ce Probaly Elementor does not support Async loading of Files. So, keep this option disabled and tell about that to Elementor support because the Revolution slider is one of the most popular sliders for the WP and it’s good to be compatible with that.

I agree with you, the quality of your theme and support is very good, that’s why I will recommend your theme to my clients, while I will avoid taking elementor pro for my clients …
The size of the lottie images has become too large and the text size between each lottie image is shifted.

    Hello,

Disabled Yoast SEO plugin and I’m able to edit Static Blocks https://prnt.sc/1evnequ Enabled it again and still editor is ok. Very strange issue.
What images are too large? Provide us with the screenshot for better understanding.

    Hello,
Yes, all of these random issues are weird, as soon as there is a fix after the update, the issues move elsewhere.
The size of the images and the height of the text of the static blocks are different while the configuration is the same (see attachment ok and not ok)
Then on the page https://www.entreprisedunet.fr/maintenance/ the cursor appears in duplicate (see also attachment)

hello, following my previous message, I still asked elementor to control, here is their answer below:
    Hello Steve,

Please allow me to elaborate on both issues you have mentioned in your previous email.
    – The size of the images and the height of the text of each tab are different while the configuration is the same on elementor.

I investigated the widget you are referring to and I can confirm that this widget belongs to the add-ons Xstore theme provides for the Elementor. Please check the following screenshot -> https://prnt.sc/1fp8tsw
    – Then on the page https://www.entreprisedunet.fr/maintenance/ the cursor appears double when I put the short code in the witget revolution.

The above-mentioned issue is directly related to the Revolution Slider plugin. As for the short code you also mentioned, Elementor has no control over it. Screenshot -> https://prnt.sc/1fpamv8

Although you are able to use the General Tabs widget as well as the Revolution Slider add-on in the Elementor panel, it all comes from the third-party source – Xstore theme and Revolution Slider plugin.

Also, I tested Elementor Pro on your website with no add-ons added and with the initial Theme activated so I can check if there are any problems related to the Elementor Pro itself. I can confirm that there were no issues.

Therefore, we kindly suggest you contact their support for further investigation and possible fix.

    I hope for your understanding!

    Kind regards,

    Nikola Djordjevic.

    Hello,

    1) https://prnt.sc/1f6dfwu this issue is related to the Revolution slider. Use an image with the background because in another case it’s duplicated and we can do nothing with this. Only Revolution slider developers are able to fix that.

    2) https://prnt.sc/1f6b9e3 – you have a vertical alignment for this row, so it means that if the height of the columns is bigger (because of the image that you use there) then the content of the next column will be aligned in the middle according to that height. So, you can either make the image smaller https://gyazo.com/6411190b60eee992e6e6bc7094914765 or change the vertical alignment for the rows to top and just add fixed margin for the second column https://gyazo.com/4f0820bf78c71bb535900ac2a17c6423

    Hello,
    Thank you for your support.
1 / For the revolution slider it worked well before your update. https://prnt.sc/1f6dfwu
2 / I noticed that on the dashboard the widgets were different: https://prnt.sc/1g7em0e
3 / The dashboard menu in the administration was in French, now it’s in English, have you made a change?
Thank you for your support and I would like to congratulate you on your theme and responsiveness.

    Hello,

    1) We updated also the Revolution slider plugin to the latest version (6.5.5) and they have problem with the latest version. If I downgrade slider to 6.5.4 it works. So, keep the old version enabled till they release the new version with the fix of this bug.

    2) Yes, it’s a new view of WP 5.8. But if you prefer the old styles you can disable the new WP widgets in Theme Options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel.
    3) Oh, sorry https://prnt.sc/1gb86m1 It was difficult for me to work with the French. Changed back.

    Hello,

Thanks for your help, I have one last question, do you know why when I add or edit an image … it takes a long time to appear online.
