Hi, I am not sure what your time zone is, and how long it will take, so please just update between 2AM and 7AM Eastern Standard Time. If you can do it now within the next hour, that would be fine also.

If possible, please use the “Under Construction” plugin to put up a temporary splash screen for users to see.

I have logged into Cloudflare inside of WordPress for you to purge cache as necessary. Thank you again.

    Hello,

Our timezone is +1 GMT. Ok, then we’ll start tomorrow morning ( at 3AM your time and 9AM our time). But just in case enable dev mode in CDN setting to avoid problems with cache.

    Regards

That will work perfect. I will make sure CDN is in dev mode tonight so it will be ready for you tomorrow morning!

    Hello,

You locked the wp-config.php file and we can’t enable WP debug to find out what error you have after the update, and disable cache. Besides I’m not sure that CDN cache is cleared. Do you have any server cache?
Can you contact us now in live chat?

Looks that even Dashboard files are cached and new styles are broken because of this http://prntscr.com/mf62zu In Appearance > Themes should be other screenshots for the child theme and updated XStore theme.

    Hello,

I was able to disable WP cache and enable WP debug, dev mode using flywheel dashboard. I have updated theme and it works fine on the frontend. But once I disable dev mode in the flywheel dashboard I see the js error in the console. So, I left dev mode enabled http://prntscr.com/mf78js and you need to solve this moment with the server cache with your hosting.

Check the site and let me know if you need anything else.

    Regards

Flywheel says they have flushed the cache and disabled dev mode and do not see errors now. Can you confirm? Thank you!

    Yes, seems it’s ok now.
Do you have any other questions related to theme?

No. Thank you for your help resolving this issue.

I did notice there are two Xstore Core plugins. Should I delete the old one or leave it?

    Hello,

Oh, yes. I forgot to remove it. You can delete both old theme and old plugin.

It is when customers are trying to place orders. We are getting failed orders.
