    Hi,

Google caught a portfolio item index view (rendered as post/timeline option) that I didn’t expect. How to remove that view? (see private data)

    Best regards

    Hello,

You should refer to SEO specialist regarding this question. Also it requires some time to re-index your site for search engines.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi,

sure. I think I expressed myself wrong. I just want to know where the url (see private section) comes from. I didn’t that there is a page that renders portfolio items in a timeline like way.

… but those are portfolio items. They shouldn’t get rendered as post listing.

Please take a look for yourself.

    Hello,

As I see your portfolio projects are located at link http://your_domain.com/autorinnen/ , not “autorin”.
    Is it correct?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi,

… that’s correct. I started the thread because the path /autorin shows portfolio items in a blog/post format listing that’s not useful in that scenario and I don’t know how to disable it.

    Best regards

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
As I see you changed slug for potfolio page in the file wp-content/themes/legenda-child/framework/portfolio.php in line 41:
    'rewrite' => array('slug' => 'autorin')
    Change it to “autorinnen”.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi,

*) the old link still renders a timeline-like view of the portfolio items. (1)

*) While testing I noticed that IE 11 doesn’t render some of the images of the portfolio view. (2)

    Thanks for your help.

How to fix this? Thanks again.

    Hello,

Please clear browser cache and check again. When I open the link …/autorin/ I’m redirected to …/autorinnen/. So check it once more, try to use another browser.

Unfortunately I can’t reproduce the issue with slider in IE browser:

    Hi Jack,

    @/autorinnen
Clearing the browser cache (Chrome) didn’t work for me but it’s fine now.

    Thanks!

Thanks for providing the VC update.

Is the latest theme update just a tiny security update or did that fix

    made it into the release?

    Hi,

ok, thanks. Please keep it on your radar. A buggy search function is probably a problem for several users. I wonder why noone else spotted the bug.

    Best regards
